Heritage Pets ... best place to find that unusual pet

‘Heritage-pets’ is not a pet store. We are a small group of pet hobbyists who enjoy breeding unusual pets and sharing information regarding their care.

Many of the animals we keep were once fairly common in the pet fancy but over the years, they have all but disappeared. Now that breeders and pet owners have more access to information and are willing to share their knowledge regarding proper care and nutrition, these unusual pets are once again regaining popularity.

The pets listed on this site are not raised in large quantities.

Although other Canadian breeders may have bred some of the animals we offer for sale, they are all available through our Ontario location. If you are looking for an unusual pet or if you are a hobbyist who enjoys keeping and caring for pocket pets that are a bit out of ordinary, we would enjoy hearing from you.
